Shipping Policy<\/h1>\n

Every BUYER=BUY order is picked, quality-checked, and packed with care. Here is exactly how shipping works \u2014 times, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

1. Processing time<\/h2>\n

Orders are prepared within 1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after payment confirmation. During new-drop launches or holiday peaks processing may take up to 5 business days \u2014 we will always flag this on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

3. Worldwide shipping<\/h2>\n

We ship to most countries and regions. If your country is not shown at checkout, contact us \u2014 we add new destinations as carrier coverage grows.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

4. Customs, duties, and taxes<\/h2>\n

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are set by your country's customs authority and are not included<\/strong> in item prices or shipping costs. These charges, if any, are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

5. Tracking your order<\/h2>\n

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking may take 24\u201348 hours to activate after dispatch. If it does not update for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

6. Address accuracy<\/h2>\n

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly to the address entered. Changing an address after dispatch is generally not possible; returned-to-sender parcels caused by an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's cost.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

7. Undeliverable packages<\/h2>\n

If a parcel cannot be delivered (wrong address, unclaimed at customs, repeated failed delivery) the carrier will return it to us. We can re-ship once the return arrives \u2014 standard shipping fees apply for the second attempt.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

8. Lost or delayed packages<\/h2>\n

Carriers occasionally run late, especially through peak seasons and customs. If your parcel is more than 7 days past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and re-ship or refund for parcels confirmed lost.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

9. Split shipments<\/h2>\n

If your order contains items stored in different warehouses, it may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel has its own tracking number.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
