Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

We want every BUYER=BUY piece to feel right. If something is not what you expected, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

You may request a return within 30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

  • Gift cards and discount vouchers.<\/li>\n

    3. How to start a return<\/h2>\n

    • Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.<\/li>\n
    • We will confirm eligibility within one business day and provide return instructions.<\/li>\n
    • Pack the items securely \u2014 original packaging strongly recommended \u2014 and ship them to the address we provide.<\/li>\n
    • Share the tracking number once the parcel is on its way.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n

      4. Refund processing<\/h2>\n

      Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days<\/strong>. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

      Want a different size or colour? The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order \u2014 this guarantees the replacement is reserved before stock runs out. For defective items we will exchange directly at no extra cost.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

      6. Damaged, defective, or wrong items<\/h2>\n

      If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover all return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
