Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. Before that, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) with a full refund of any payment taken.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are valid for the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and hold no cash value. We may cancel codes that are abused, resold, or obtained through manipulation.

The BUYER=BUY name, logo, product photography, site design, and copy are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal sharing on social media with credit is welcome.

• Do not place orders with stolen payment information.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to breach site security.
• Do not impersonate other people or businesses.

9. User content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and our social channels. You confirm you own the content and it does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful or off-brand.

11. Disclaimer of warranties
